Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. 4K, no watermark on the video, no file size limit, 1 hour of storage and 10 hours of viewing a month. No card.
Why only 1 hour on the free plan?
Because the free plan is the whole product, not a demo of it. Other hosts hand you more storage and quietly cap you at 720p. We would rather give you less of the right thing.
Does the player work in Webflow and Framer?
Yes. Paste the embed code into an embed element — no code beyond that. The player fills its container and stays responsive.
Do you charge for bandwidth?
No. We count hours watched, and those hours are already in your plan. There is no separate bandwidth line.
Can I get my source files back?
On Pro and Business, yes. We keep your original and you can download it whenever you want. If you leave, you leave with your masters, not our compressed copies.
